Where purpose
becomes action.
Culture stays alive when people experience it, share it, and pass it on. Our programmes bring together creatives, cultural practitioners, educators, communities, and partners to celebrate heritage, strengthen wellbeing, and create opportunities for sustainable growth. Every programme is designed to inspire learning, spark meaningful connections, and ensure that Nigeria's cultural legacy continues to thrive.
Explore WAZOBIA AnonymousWHY OUR PROGRAMMES MATTER
Culture is not preserved by observation alone.
It grows through participation.
That is why every CuHeWe programme is designed as an experience — not simply an event. Whether learning from master artisans, sharing stories across generations, exploring indigenous traditions, or building healthier creative practices, every participant contributes to keeping culture alive.
OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME
WAZOBIA Anonymous
More than an event. A cultural experience.
WAZOBIA Anonymous is CuHeWe's flagship programme and the first expression of our vision — an immersive three-day cultural and wellness experience that brings together creatives, cultural custodians, educators, and community leaders to reconnect with heritage while investing in personal and professional growth.
Participants leave with more than memories. They leave with new perspectives, meaningful relationships, practical knowledge, and a renewed sense of purpose.
What Participants Experience
Building a year-round
movement
WAZOBIA Anonymous is only the beginning. As CuHeWe grows, we will keep developing programmes that create opportunities for learning, cultural exchange, creative development, and community collaboration throughout the year — so cultural engagement becomes an ongoing journey, not a single event.
Interactive workshops that celebrate indigenous knowledge, storytelling, languages, traditional crafts, and cultural practices.
Safe, supportive spaces where creatives can connect, reflect, and strengthen their personal and professional wellbeing.
Collaborative initiatives with schools, communities, and cultural institutions that inspire greater appreciation for Nigeria's heritage.
Conversations connecting experienced cultural custodians with emerging creatives — encouraging mentorship and the transfer of knowledge across generations.
EVERY PROGRAMME CREATES IMPACT
What participants take away
Our programmes are designed to create lasting value long after the experience ends. Participants leave with:
A Deeper Connection
A renewed appreciation for Nigeria's diverse cultures, traditions, and stories.
Practical Knowledge
New skills, ideas, and resources that support personal and professional growth.
Meaningful Relationships
Connections with creatives, mentors, cultural practitioners, and organisations who share a common purpose.
Confidence to Create
Greater inspiration to preserve, celebrate, and contribute to Nigeria's cultural future.
Everyone who believes culture matters
Our programmes welcome people from different backgrounds who share a passion for culture, creativity, learning, and community — including:
Growing together
Our vision extends far beyond today's programmes. As our community grows, so will the opportunities to celebrate culture, support creatives, and strengthen communities across Nigeria. Each new programme builds on the same belief that guides everything we do.
When people thrive,
culture thrives.
Be part of the next
chapter
Every programme begins with people who are willing to show up, learn, share, and contribute. Whether you want to attend, volunteer, collaborate, or support our work, there's a place for you in the CuHeWe community. Together, we can create experiences that keep culture alive for generations to come.
